Why you need a February goal

We’re already on month two of 2023! It seems like we blinked and January came to an end, very quickly.

I’ve started looking back on concluded months. Looking at what I’ve achieved, big and small and what targets I want to set for the following month.

Setting yourself realistic targets that you know you can achieve, makes them harder to fail. Taking smaller steps to achieve a bigger goal is typically much faster and more efficient than just trying to achieve it in one go. You can’t climb Everest in a day.
