I asked an AI to write an article for me — should we say goodbye to bloggers?

(FYI: I am actually writing this part.)

The future is a terrifying place. I wrote an article on Medium last week, while Covid-ified, discussing the moral implications of AI chatbot ‘creativity’: “R.I.P creativity — chatbot AI’s and funding cuts will cause the death of art.”. And it got me thinking if AI is implemented more across society, in jobs more specifically, where does that leave us people? If AI intelligence can carry out an editorial job for example, instead of a person, then what’s the need for those people in the first place? It would be more cost-effective, and reliable (to an extent) and wouldn’t require all the morality and laws carried by humans.

AI don’t need an HR department is what I’m trying to say.

So, I decided to try out an AI text generator myself, and I’ll never touch one of those things ever again. These were the results…

So, what does an AI article look like?

This is what the AI I used has to say regarding the topic “Why AI is the future for writing”
